Texts discussing personal body image, which are provided to help re-asssure young people about their own bodies, and provide them with advice on staying healthy.

The opportunity for young people to request further advice on any topic that they may have questions about. When requesting advice, they may be asked to provide an e-mail address, which may be retained by ChrisCanHelp, in order to follow the young person's progress as they deal with their problem, but will never be disclosed to anyone else.
